We're seeking an organized and proactive professional to support our executives and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
```Responsibilities```
-Scheduling: Schedule business trips and accommodations for executives. Manage calendars and schedule meetings. Make dining reservations for meetings and events.
-Maintaining commucation systems: Answer phone calls and emails promptly. Listen to voicemails and relay important information.
-Administrative Support: Manage files, pick up and process office mail, handle certified mail, and scan/fax documents.
-Task Management: Maintain our task management system, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Archiving and Filing: Organize storage units and maintain records.
-Document Preparation: Assist with official letters and documents with attention to detail.
-Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
-Team Support: Assist other employees with tasks as needed, demonstrating a helpful and collaborative attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- No weekends
