Looking for an Office/Executive Assistant for an excellent Oil and Gas company located in Plano, Texas:

Description

The Office/Executive Assistant will ideally offer Oil and Gas industry-related experience.  This person will also offer experience

working for multiple executives, including an Owner and Controller, so this person would offer some past accounting and/or

bookkeeping support experience, along with proficiency in Excel with spreadsheets and reports.  This person will be responsible

for the daily office business side of the business, along with supporting both business and personal errands and items as needed.

This person will need to be able to work fast and without any daily direction, so a person that is a “self-starter” with a “driven”

personality would work best in this environment.  This position also requires someone that is very polished and professional at

all times.

Salary

Excellent pay around or up to $30.00 per hour or higher for the right person

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

5+ years of professional experience with Office/EA related experience to several executives in a fast-paced environment
