Responsibilities:
- Guide customers with inquiries, providing detailed product information and ensuring exceptional service.
- Manage order placement, pricing, and billing processes to guarantee seamless transactions.
- Coordinate prompt and accurate order deliveries, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Support logistical activities to streamline order preparation and distribution.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of confectionery products, staying updated on new offerings.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize events, promotions, and product launches.
- 2+ years of experience in support, logistics, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Fluent/proficient in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Associate degree in business management, merchandising, marketing, logistics, or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Adaptability and a proactive learning approach.
