Position Overview:

• Provide support to the following functions: Marketing, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative, Human Resource and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Create sales packages, send and schedule estimates for Sales Associates.
• Send estimate follow-up letters to customers with the Sales Associate's direction.
• Update Production Scheduler in CertaOne and "whiteboard" with Production Associates' direction.
• Ensure all marketing tactics are executed as per the Company's Annual Marketing Plan.
• Ensure all customer mailing lists are up to date.
• Maintain inventory and update all point of sale material.
• Create Job Jackets and issue Purchase Orders.
• Cost all completed jobs (from the previous week) in CertaOne by Tuesday.
• Keep QuickBooks up to date and accurate. To include recording deposits and daily expenses.
• Conduct constant follow-ups with customers.

Qualifications/Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• College degree a plus
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• 1-3+ years of Office Assistant experience (preferred)
