Your Mission:
You'll be at the forefront of our operations, diving into a range of dynamic responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Management: Assist in managing guest communications, inquiries, and requests to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout their stay.
- Platform Management: Learn to manage platform integrations and leverage technology to achieve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for essential supplies, including toiletries, linens, and kitchen items, ensuring sufficient stock for all properties.
- Purchasing and Receiving: Place orders for supplies and amenities as needed, coordinate deliveries, and inspect received items for quality and accuracy.
- Managing Cleaners' Schedules: Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely turnover of properties between guests, including scheduling, communicating instructions, and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.

- Independence and Flexibility: Capable of effective time management in a remote environment, as well as managing urgent guest communications during off-hours and weekends.
