Live-In Personal Assistant For Cincinnati Executive

Job Description:

Live-in Personal Assistant needed for 81 year old executive who has recently lost his spouse. This individual is the owner of a significant corporate enterprise that has historically developed commercial properties in many states, and he remains active and engaged in the affairs of the company. The individual is in good health and very active in business as well as a wide range of community engagements.

The executive owns homes in Kentucky, Florida, Colorado, and California, travels by corporate aircraft, and works from remote locations for part of the year. In two of these locations, in both the local area and Florida, the homes are large and include or will include separate apartment living quarters within or attached.

The live-in Personal Assistant will primarily tend to the residential needs of the Executive, ranging from meal preparation, being the primary server for corporate or friendly gatherings in the home, transportation, keeping the homes organized and maintained, running errands, being available as needed and on short notice for various requests, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

· Errands, grocery shopping

· Home organization – keep orderly, stocked, maintained at all times

· Light housekeeping and laundry on regular basis

· Meal preparation

· Primary server for cocktail parties and small gatherings in the home

· Primary server on corporate jet to the Executive’s residences

· Medication management

· Manage visitors/contractors entering the homes

· Transportation

· Be available on short notice for the requests and needs of this executive

· Be a friendly, energetic, pleasant resource

Character traits and requirements needed for this role:

· Integrity

· Trustworthy

· Excellent cook with emphasis on meal preparation for healthy diet

· Servant minded - orientation towards helping and serving others

· Excellent driving record

· Self-starter and early riser – be ready to assist executive with items such as breakfast, coffee, medications as early as 6:30 am.

· Professionalism – interfacing with corporate executives will be common

· Polite and pleasant

· Adventurous – the role involves traveling via corporate jet to the executive’s residences across the country

· Organized and disciplined

· Active and enjoys exercise

· Medical/nursing/caregiving background is a plus but not a requirement
