Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our office operations, including organizing our CRM, coordinating marketing campaigns and newsletters, creating marketing materials, coordinating due diligence items, and inputting data into our operating system. Additionally,the candidate must understand the sensitive nature of our work and always prioritize client confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and newsletters, working closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute materials.
- Create marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Input data into our operating system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
Associates degree
- 5 + years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a C-Suite Executive, Banking, Accounting, Wealth Management, or Real Estate industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, PowerPoint, and the ability to read financial statements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and privacy.
