Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Organizing appointments, updating supervisors' daily schedules, and managing calendars.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, creating itineraries, and handling expense reports.
• Screening and directing incoming calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence.
• Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Managing complex office administrative tasks with independent judgment and initiative.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Background in Project Management.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and various social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with colleagues.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
