Your responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and leading special projects, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in the world of healthcare. Ideally, they will have supported a CEO in the past, and/or have worked for a senior leader with significant external interactions in a dynamic environment.
- Responsibilities include providing 50% support to the CEO and CFO, managing board, and investors
- This role also involves being the external face of the company, managing calendars, travel logistics, and assisting with expense reports.
- Additionally, 25% of the role involves supporting other US-based executives such as the CCO and CMO, including organizing key physician meetings/visits, special travel arrangements, and coordinating special meetings.
- The remaining 25% of responsibilities will involve project support, acting as an office manager lite, and updating the company calendar.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years supporting executives
- Self-starter, forward thinking

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
