Due to the remarkable expansion of both Nick’s and The Modern Groom – our national wedding brand – we are in search of a full-time Executive Assistant. Reporting directly to the Owner and CEO, you will play a vital role in supporting their day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating their ability to focus on strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including email correspondence, travel arrangements, market research, and handling various administrative duties. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the Owner and CEO, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Conduct market research and gather information on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle incoming calls and return calls on behalf of the Owner and CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Work in conjunction with the payroll department to complete bill payments on behalf of the Owner and CEO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging necessary materials.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, and ensure that meeting rooms are set up appropriately.
- Run various errands as needed, including picking up supplies, delivering documents, and other tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer
- Salary - $60,000 starting (depending on experience)
