Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. - Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. - Assist in project coordination and management tasks as needed. - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and calendars using Outlook Calendar. - Conduct data entry, update records, and maintain filing systems. - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. - Assist in office management duties to ensure the office operates efficiently. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Proficiency in transcribing and preparing reports and documents. - Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms. - Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail. - Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. - Experience in managing Outlook Calendar and scheduling appointments. - Previous experience as a clerk or in office management is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
