Responsibilities:
1. Serve as first point of contact and resource person for the company's Foundation and provide information and assistance to all stakeholders.
2. Maintain the Company's Foundation database of donors, prospects and friends, and provide reports in support of the Company's Foundation advancement efforts.
3. Process and record gifts of cash, credit cards, in-kind gifts, and stock. Prepare bank deposits for the College Cashiers Office. Generate acknowledgement letters for the signature of the College President, Executive Director of the Company Foundation, or Scholarship Program Manager.
4. Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors. Receive and respond to email correspondence.
5. Utilize the College enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for the Company Foundation procurement related functions.
6. Draft and proofread documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations for accuracy and quality of information.
7. Retrieve and sort daily incoming mail.
8. Organize and maintain office files, including document search and retrieval as requested, in accordance with Records Retention and Disposal Schedules.
9. Maintain the Company Foundation event calendar, coordinate meeting logistics, and provide assistance for fundraising events
10. Prepare Company Foundation meeting agendas and record and transcribe meeting minutes.
11. Handle highly confidential information and comply with applicable laws and Company policies and procedures.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
1. Associate Degree
2. Three (3) years of experience providing administrative support
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel and Adobe Acrobat (tested)
4. Experience with Raisers Edge or a similar fundraising software program
5. Experience working in higher education
6. Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Must have related experience to be considered for the opportunity
