Spherion is seeking a Trust and Estate Legal Secretary for a growing firm in Naples, FL.
The successful candidate will be a resourceful problem solver, proactive, highly
organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and to communicate effectively.

Manage heavy volume of client intake ...

Communicate with clients while assisting with all matter of needs:
Schedule appointments, client meeting preparation, acting as or organizing appropriate Notary
Calendar monitoring
Transcribe, draft and proof correspondence and client documents
Create client estate planning binders, as needed
Enter Attorney time accurately daily
Provide assistance with monthly billing
Maintain client and referral contacts
Available to work overtime when requested
Work as a team with office support staff
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Trust and Estate experience
Attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently, under pressure and maintain a full work load
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good time management and organizational skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Proficiency in iManage, Aderant and/or Time Expert a plus
