Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a professional who can provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, sales appointments, and demos.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with other sales-related tasks and projects as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive office.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
