The Executive Administrative Office Assistant will provide support to the CEO of this Durable Medical Equipment Company
You Will:
· Provide administrative support to the senior executive. Analysis of documents, drafting correspondence, preparation of reports, and maintaining office files.
· You will prioritize tasks and compose several types of correspondence, presentations, graphics, documents, replies, letters or other material on behalf of the manager.
· Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, invoices and tracking of emails and calendar appointments
· Handle confidential material. Take initial steps to help resolve urgent issues and provide updates.
· Provide a broad range of administrative support, resolving challenges and relieving the workload of the CEO
Your Qualifications:
· Ability to manage dynamic and changing needs of the CEO
· Experience providing administrative support
· Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
· Exemplary planning and time management skills; must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task within short deadlines, and the ability to prioritize daily workload
· Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
· Adapt and absorb information, context, style, attitude, cadence and subtext
· Exceptional planning and forethought
· Organizational skills
· Advanced proficiency with existing technologies/eagerness to learn new technologies
· Experience in prioritizing, delegating and timely completion of workload
Tasks:
· Ensure items that relate to CEO’s performance and productivity are managed for her, write and respond to correspondence and keep accurate documentation
· Follow up with ongoing and idle projects consistently to ensure progress and completion
· Perform quick and accurate research in all business related areas
· Manage conference room + prepare for meeting with client/guests
· Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets and email programs
· Strategic and thoughtful problem-solving skills; ability to track varying deadlines
· Perform all tasks with a high degree of integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, and security
Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
Starting Pay Range $24-26 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
