Entry Level Document Control Assistant! $18/Hr! Weekends Off!

Responsibilities

• Earn $18/HR with potential for overtime after 40 hours. Business casual dress code
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, starting between 7-8am for 8-hour shifts
• Entry-level Document Control Assistant position requiring 1-3 years of experience
• Organizing and maintaining the company's records system, including tracking and storing electronic and hardcopy documents
• Creating, compiling, producing documentation, communicating with departments and vendors, and ensuring meticulous review of documents for accuracy
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are crucial for success in this role

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience in Document Control or office-related activities
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 45 wpm and proficient computer skills using MS Office
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize assignments efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a team and multitask effectively
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
