Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry LevelCustomer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great Customer Service experience with our clients. Successful applicants will be responsible for the development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns throughout the greater Akron area. The ideal candidate is friendly, ambitious, trainable and shows a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned client and account relationships
- Process orders with high level of accuracy
- Ensure compliance with plan provisions, resolve service issues
- Escalate any service issues or complaints
- Document all customer interactions
- Meet personal and team quotas
- Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times
- Work in a team environment
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively
