Entry Level Bookkeeper

Entry Level Bookkeeper Needed *Willing to Train*
PFS Global is seeking to hire an Entry Level Bookkeeper to work in our Business Management firm in Diamond Bar. No prior experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate. Your job duties will include basic data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other basic bookkeeping functions.

We are looking to fill this position immediately. Please only apply if you meet the below qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Must type 55 WPM (you will be tested)
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Full-time availability at 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Must be proficient with computers/able to troubleshoot common computer technical issues
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not required
