Job Responsibilities:
- Setup new hires in the systems including E-Verify, ADP
- Process bi-weekly payroll including 401K, Health benefits
- Run daily time entries report to review for errors
- Distribute checks and direct deposit slips
- Prepare payroll 200 employees CA and WA
- Process special check processing: advances and terminations
- Process EDD benefit audits
- Run GL Recap reports to ensure time is allocated to the accurate GL accounts
- Assist Controller with AP & AR and month-end as needed
- Special check processing: annual bonus, job incentive bonus, retro payments
- Assist with company timecard training
- Assist with payroll audits
