You will grow here. We will teach you how to generate your own leads and sell your own deals. After that you have full control to build your own team if you'd like, and negotiate a plan for them so you can start building leverage for yourself.
We have a full proof system for talking to people and booking leads that makes making $2,000-$10,000 checks easy. We have members that do $2,000 a month and members that do $30,000. We believe that you should get paid based on your results, not time with us so we put great importance on innovation and a commission only structure.
Each Rep will be given a full set of materials and is trained thoroughly for success. If you're making under 6 figures a year as an entry level canvasser we will help you get there no questions asked.
Because this is a commission only job you will have a flexible schedule so you can do other things on the side as well. We host daily trainings everyday so you can always improve your skills and get mentorship as needed. We offer a base pay + commission structure as well.

ADVANCED REPS INFO
Our main installer has been installing since the early 90's. 5 stars on Yelp, AAA on BBB, real reviews. We can offer 1 week installs, 1-3 day site inspections, all main panel brand types (350-480watt), multiple inverter options, we work with all roofs, all under warranty and great service to the end customer. You will get paid the following Friday after install. So if you have an install on Thursday 01/02 you will most likely be paid for that deal on Friday 01/10. Sometime we will be able to pay you the same week of install but more likely than not it will be the week after.

Pay: $20.00 - $6,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
