Energetic Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler For Health Wellness Centers Westchase

Overview:
We are seeking a Energetic Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• Duties:

- Greet and check-in/check-out clients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule client appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Collect payments for services as well as collect payments for monthly membership program.
- Maintain client records and have client fill out intake forms upon arrival.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning paper documents.
- Collaborate and provide administrative support to our medical staff, Massage Therapist, Aesthetician, Stretching Coach and owners to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service.

• -Promoting and selling center's membership and retail products to clients.

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality

• - Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• - Maintain office cleanliness and organization
• - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

***Must be outgoing personality, eager to learn, detail oriented, time management, available on evenings and weekends and be able to commute to the Westchase area.

Skills:

- Some knowledge of medical spa services would be preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
