SALARY: Begins at $41,820/Year with complete benefits package

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Outstanding opportunity for results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who can develop relationships and performance measures to support positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This position coordinates with the director in the development and implementation of departmental goals, priorities, policies and procedures and serves as the liaison for departmental personnel to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations. Work involves analytical ability to create and maintain various spreadsheets, databases, and a variety of word documents, process financial records, compile payroll, file, organize and research and process purchases. A comprehensive knowledge of computer applications and the ability to fully utilize available software to maximize productivity while providing supervision for all office functions in a team-like atmosphere is expected. Additional requirements include a strong attention to detail while providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Requirements include an associate degree in business or office management and moderate related experience that includes customer service. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
