Email Marketing Copywriter

We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling and engaging copy that drives results. In this role, you will be responsible for writing, analyzing, tracking, optimizing and managing Email Marketing campaigns to effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Email Marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for Email Marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and landing page campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Conduct research to understand target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• A/B test subject lines, messaging, and creative elements to optimize email performance.
• Monitor and analyze Email Marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track and present the results of campaign tests for further optimization and continued testing.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Email Marketing and copywriting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Email Marketing and copywriting.
• Proven track record of creating successful Email Marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of Email Marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Team oriented mentality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
