Bellami Hair is is the largest and fastest growing Hair Extensions brand in the world founded in 2012 and acquired by the Beauty Industry Group in 2022. Specializing in Hair Extensions, professional styling tools, and Hair Care. Bellami Hair is constantly revolutionizing the way Hair Extensions and styling tools are created and used by Professionals and Consumers.
The Bellami Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for Email & SMS Marketing strategy & execution. As Retention Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of growing our data base of Email & SMS subscribers, increasing engagement, conversion rate optimization, and project management for promotions and product launches. You will set up differentiated tactics for Consumers and Professionals.
The successful candidate will be experienced in building strong marketing funnel from lead gen to conversion, and passionately monitor the email industry to adopt best practices and products. The role will be measured on a combination of efficient program management, creative coordination, but most importantly revenue generated, conversion increases and open rate.
This role is located in Chatsworth, California (Los Angeles area). A flexible working schedule will be arranged with your manager.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to thrive in a growing business environment, including:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or other relevant field
- 3+ years of experience building and executing Email & SMS Marketing campaigns
- Experience with web-based marketing applications such as Klaviyo, Attentive, NetSuite, Salesforce etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator of cross team project management initiatives
- History of understanding email analytics and transforming data into actionable knowledge
- Experience creating responsive email design and using Photoshop
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes as needed
- Hybrid office work culture of 3 days per week minimum in office
