SalaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Sales marketing team to create best-in-class Email Marketing initiatives. Key functions include creating and coding email creatives and templates, creating and optimizing customer journeys that drive conversions, contact management, and working with our email vendors. Essential Functions:
- Working knowledge of building an Email Marketing campaign and familiarity with Email Marketing best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful Email Marketing campaigns and journeys
- Code emails using HTML and Salesforce coding language
- Assist in the production of Email Marketing initiatives
- Ability to work with marketing software tools
- Respond to situations as they arise with minimal supervision
- Analyze problems skillfully and use logic to reach sound solutions
- Work with our email vendors on technical support updates and issues
- Proficient HTML skills
- Basic understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, including mobile
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
- Productive in an independent or team work environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Basic design skills
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM Compliance
- Experience in a B2C or retail marketing environment
- Experience with customer audiences and segmentation
- Knowledge of email list hygiene best practices
Physical Demands: Ability to remain in a stationary position 90% of the work time with extensive computer use. Occasionally move about inside the department and within the main building of the company, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment: This position is onsite in a normal office environment, temperature controlled.
