Provides routine administrative support to EHS department; may be assigned to work on special projects for other departments as required. This position will report to the Director, Health, Safety, and Environmental, and be located at our Gonzales, TX office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Teams, and MS Outlook
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential work.
- Ability to learn new software systems.
- Organized individual able to identify and handle needs of the department.
- Familiarity with HSE is a plus, but not a must.
- Manage field training schedules via safety skills online system and internal databases.
- Collect safety data and organize it in spreadsheets and software systems monthly.
- Collect and catalog Safety Data Sheets.
- Manage environmental files for permits, emissions, and other compliance files.
- Collect data from GPS driving and personal monitors.
- Schedule SPCC inspections and JJJJ testing.
- Organize HSE data in spreadsheets and PPT presentations for monthly meetings.
- Handle water sampling mailings and organize data from sampling.
- Assist in other day to day department needs.
- P-card processing for the HSE department.
- Other duties as assigned.
