Salary`Overview`
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices, maintaining billing records. This is a crucial role in our organization as it directly impacts our financial operations.
`Duties`
-Provide support in collecting, preparing and creating customer invoices during the billing process.
- Collect and process paperwork by accurately keying bill of ladings, purchase orders and other customer reference numbers into the system.
-Complete time sensitive billing by keeping track and billing in a timely manne
- Contact customers and drivers when needed in order to complete billing
-Billing in the intermodal/drayage sector is preferred
-Tracking and tracing of intermodal orders throughout the order cycle
-Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, as required
`Skills`
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of Profit tolls and Mcleod a plus
- Billing in the intermodal/drayage sector is preferred
-Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
