Company Overview:
Join our client's dedicated team, a leading player in the Warranty sector. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Administrative Coordinator, focusing on Warranty Sales, Claims, Enrollment, and Billing support.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Warranty Sales, Claims, Enrollment, and Billing Departments.
- Review inbound claims to ensure all necessary information is accurate and complete for efficient processing.
- Enroll contractors in the TWS database for Extended Warranty programs.
- Assist in managing client past-due aging for Extended Warranty Clients.
- Process inbound orders, ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Conduct random audit calls for claims to maintain quality assurance.
- Perform various administrative support tasks such as faxing, mailing, typing, scanning, and organizing files/project binders as needed/requested.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask efficiently despite interruptions and changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum two years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Solid computer and data entry skills, with an emphasis on MS Office.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- One day onsite at the office and four days remote.
