Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and organizationally skilled Driver Operation Assist to effectively supervise and manage the driving team performance and safety culture to service our last-mile business. The position is responsible for effectively supervising and coordinating all activities related to driver operations, and providing support to the management team to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
1. You will coordinate all the tasks of operation and management of drivers;
2. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing delivery drivers or Delivery Service;
Partners (DSP) with delivery drivers operating under their supervision.
3. Your role includes providing comprehensive driver training to ensure their proficiency in using the delivery app, commencing work, and acquainting them with the delivery process. You must ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
4.You will manage driver accounts, coordinate and allocate drivers to ensure timely pickup; Continuously solve problems in driver delivery and complete delivery tasks on time;
5.You will track and assess driver delivery performance, designing and implementing a comprehensive driver and DSP evaluation system that fosters efficiency and maintains high-quality deliveries.
Requirements:
1.U.S. Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen status.
2.A Bachelor's degree or higher education level is highly preferred.
3.A minimum of 1 years of experience in the American or Canada delivery, logistics, or distribution industry is highly preferred, including at least 1 year of management experience.
4.Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional ability to work independently are highly valued attributes.
5.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate within the team and with external stakeholders.
6.Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be critical in handling various operational challenges.
7.As a team player with a collaborative spirit, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8.Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software, with above-average expertise in MS
Word/Excel, is expected.
9.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese supporting teams
