SalaryLin Mar towing is looking to hire help in our office. Your job duties will include but not limited to the following. We have been in business since 1958 and we are a family owned and operated company. We provide 24/7 emergency towing and recovery services for several local and state police departments. We also provide service to several commercial trucking companies, waste haulers, concrete and construction services. This place is crazy crazy busy. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. Previous experience in dispatching is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Answering phones
- Dispatching drivers
- Making judgment calls
- Importance/Priority of calls
- Excellent customer service
- Maintain that ETAs are met
- Helping customers that come into the office
- Entering calls into dispatch program
- Uploading Invoices for payment to accounts
- Must be extremely detailed
- Multi tasker
- Extremely fast paced environment
- Schedule:
- On 4 off 3 then On 3 off 4 days
- Overnights 8 pm -8 am
- Some holidays are required
