Director OF Staff Development
A Director of Staff Development is in charge of directing the development, implementation, and monitoring of various Staff Development activities within their organization. About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Development Director to join our team. The Development Director will be responsible for overseeing the development of our organization’s programs, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of professionals and strong leadership qualities. The Development Director will be responsible for ensuring that our programs are administered in an efficient and effective manner, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of new programs, policies, and procedures for the organization’s programs.
- Develop and implement new programs to improve efficiency of operations.
- Oversee all fundraising activities including planning, organizing, and execution.
- Manage the development of new projects for the organization’s programs.
- Oversee all fundraising activities including planning, organizing, and execution.
- Manage all fundraising materials including brochures, gift letters, donor lists, etc…
- Oversee all marketing activities including advertising campaigns, social media posts, etc…
- Oversee all grant writing including grant management including reviewing grant proposals and grant agreements for accuracy and relevance as well as ensuring that grant funds are used effectively by completing annual reports and other required reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience in the field MUST HAVE LVN with at least 1 or 2 YEARS!!!!

Pay: $42.00 per hour
