Job Description and Duties

Under general supervision of the Area Commander, the Office Services Supervisor I (OSSI) (Typing); is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising two (2) full time Office Assistants (Typing). While working independently to ensure the efficient operation of the clerical office, the OSSI (T) performs a variety of complex duties including, but not limited to, ensuring assignments are completed and internal and external deadlines are met; preparing and processing correspondence on sensitive, confidential, or other subject matters; performing the most difficult clerical tasks and preparing monthly reports and statistics.

Fast paced clerical office with consistent face-to-face and telephonic contact with the public and uniformed law enforcement officers.
Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1700.
