Experience
- One or more years managing a childcare facility.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Experience in financial and computer skills.
Education
- High school diploma
- Early Childhood Education
- Related Degree
Requirements
- Ability to respond appropriately in an emergency.
- Must have or willing to have CPR and First Aid.
- Must have clean driving record and have a valid CDL
Essential Function
- Actively lead teaching staff to accomplish center targets, objectives and goals.
- Models company mission and values of operations.
- Ensures that all staff has full orientation and training.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with owner and staff, community, and state licensing authorities.
- Maintains the supervisor of the children in your care at all times.
- Supervise of staff of Kidz Come First.
