Center Director

Experience

• One or more years managing a childcare facility.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Experience in financial and computer skills.

• High school diploma
• Early Childhood Education
• Related Degree

Requirements

• Ability to respond appropriately in an emergency.
• Must have or willing to have CPR and First Aid.
• Must have clean driving record and have a valid CDL

Essential Function

• Actively lead teaching staff to accomplish center targets, objectives and goals.
• Models company mission and values of operations.
• Ensures that all staff has full orientation and training.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with owner and staff, community, and state licensing authorities.
• Maintains the supervisor of the children in your care at all times.
• Supervise of staff of Kidz Come First.
