As the Director of eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive sales growth, and optimize the overall e-commerce experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and industry trends and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and competitive digital marketplace. This is a Frisco-based remote position with the option for a hybrid work arrangement, ideal for those residing in proximity to our Frisco, TX office who prefer a mix of remote and office-based work.

- E-Commerce Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to stay competitive in the e-commerce landscape.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing eCommerce team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website.
- Optimize the user experience to drive higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Merchandising and Product Management:
- Work closely with product teams to curate a compelling online product assortment.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, including product categorization, pricing, and promotions.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Develop and implement customer service standards and policies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve sales targets, constantly analyzing performance and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track KPIs and generate insights for decision-making.
- Regularly report on eCommerce performance to senior management.
- Supply Chain and Fulfillment:

Who We're Looking For, What You'll Need to Have:
- 8+ years' experience working in eCommerce
- 5+ years leading and managing a team
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
- Five years of proven experience as a Director of E-commerce or a similar leadership role in an e-commerce setting
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives in the e-commerce space
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with managing large e-commerce websites and familiarity with CMS platforms
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Robust experience in mobile site optimization
- Shopify and the eCommerce experience
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling e-commerce businesses, harnessing data and consumer behavior insights to drive growth
- A versatile skillset encompassing design, merchandising, user experience, and a comprehensive grasp of system design and technical trade-offs
- Strong grasp of SEO/SEM
- Basic understanding of CSS & HTML
- Proficiency in UI/UX design
- Strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
