Our team of highly qualified engineers and technical consultants help companies protect their people, workplace, environment, and Business by providing various process safety testing services, skilled technical consulting, and process safety training.
Our U.S. location is looking for an individual to identify and pursue new business opportunities that will drive the company’s growth and brand recognition. This role provides a platform to develop skills, gain new experiences, and grow professionally within the company. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Business Administration, with a minimum 5 years’ experience in the process safety industry and a proven Sales and leadership track record.
Primary Role: Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement a growth strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions that identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Follow up with inbound marketing inquiries and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare sales quotes/proposals ensuring adherence to industry and company guidelines
- Attend industry trade shows as applicable
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Skills & Experience
- Degree or applicable experience in process safety disciplines, such as chemical, industrial, or related engineering
- Strong leadership and sales track record
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Project management skills are a plus
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM & website visitor tracking software (HubSpot, Lead feeder, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive manner in all aspects of sales development
- Valid U.S. driver’s license is required
- Authorized to live and work in the U.S.
