We are Spins Bowl Carmel in Carmel, NY. We are seeking Customer Service Reps for our busy bowling alley. Full Time and Part Time - weekends primarily.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Spins Bowl Carmel. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing information about our services, assisting with lane reservations, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the bowling alley.
- Provide information about pricing, lane availability, and other services offered.
- Assist guests with lane reservations and ensure that reservations are processed accurately.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for lane rentals and other purchases.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the front desk area.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Experience is a plus, but we will train!
