Turner is in search of an experienced Digital Marketing professional that can design, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels including organic and paid social media, organic search, paid search, display advertising and email.
This individual is responsible for elevating Turner's social media profile, increasing social media engagement, and supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out a variety of online and offline marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be an expert on social trends, digital news and have a passion for storytelling. Responsibilities
· Create visually compelling social media content that increases impressions and engagement
· Ensure messaging is in line with brand standards across all platforms
· Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their media behaviors
· Address comments/questions competently and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams when necessary
· Analyze social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses and recommend improvements
· Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
· Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure campaign performance against the KPIs
· Optimize Facebook Ads strategy
· Use social listening tools to monitor and respond to conversations on Turner platforms
· Help manage Google My Business pages and update monthly with current offers
· Help manage Google Local Services Ads by ensuring all ads have consistent information, budgets and rankings
· Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape
· Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results
· Partner with Senior Specialist to maintain editorial calendar and work with marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels
· Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
· Assist in reputation management of online feedback and reviews
· Website support as needed
· Update intranet with any marketing communication deemed important
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
· Portfolio of work including content that is shot/edited by applicant
· Deep understanding of social media platforms
· Passion for overall digital landscape, media, trends, and online consumer behavior
· Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
· Familiarity with social media management software such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar
· Experience with Google My Business, Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads a plus
· Photography, videography, and editing experience preferred
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
· Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
· Ability to work under pressure, work well independently and with cross-functional teams
· Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
· Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
· 2+ years social media marketing experience
