Overview
HealthXL® provides Virtual Care Services (“VCS”) under the guidelines of Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (“CCM”) and Remote Patient Monitoring (“RPM”) programs. The Digital Marketing Specialist (“DMS”) develops, supports, and optimizes HealthXL’s digital footprint across platforms and media to increase awareness and contribute to revenue growth. The DMS distributes relevant and timely external facing Marketing content via website, social media, email, blogs, newsletters, and traditional mail, and tracks effectiveness of campaigns. This full-time position has a matrix reporting structure and is based in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a holistic view of HealthXL‘s Marketing assets, both digital and traditional, to maximize those assets in generating and expanding revenue opportunities
- Manages HealthXL’s website layout, navigation and content, with focus on SEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website
- Tracks website traffic and lead generation success. Adjusts tactics and content accordingly
- Stays up to date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging techniques including ChatGPT, and proactively recommends new strategies and tactics to improve performance
- Leads drip Marketing campaigns to complement direct selling activities
- Adheres to regular blogging cadence, contributing to SEO and overall brand awareness
- Maintains content calendar for social media and blog
- Publishes digital content on our website using WordPress
- Contributes to compelling content for Marketing collateral, social media and blogs
- Maintains up to date HealthXL presence on all social media platforms
- Tracks metrics and effectiveness for all mediums. Adjusts marketing tactics accordingly
- Creates analytics reports for stakeholders
- Researches competitors’ activity, content, and online presence
- Follows healthcare industry trends; collaborates to identify subject areas for content.
- Conducts market research to inform campaigns
- Facilitates Marketing campaigns – content completion, editing, distribution, and QA
- Ensures compliance with copyright laws
- Works in coordination with JD Marketing, consultant, and third parties to design, produce, QA, and distribute traditional collateral
- Works with Sales Team to keep them stocked with collateral inventory, and supply offices with branded enrollment support pieces as required
- Develops and maintains relevant Marketing and media relationships to promote HealthXL
Qualifications
- Demonstrates iCare values (Excellence, Growth, Integrity)
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or General Business with significant relevant work experience
- Demonstrated background in digital and traditional Marketing; ability to wear multiple hats, and drive projects to timely completion
- Hands-on experience with website analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO optimization, technical SEO, and keyword research
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience distributing content via targeted and automated emailing (e.g., Constant Contact)
- Ability to contribute to content generation
- Creative thinker; ability and urgency to implement new ideas
- Active on social media; aware of online trends and best practices
- Strong attention to detail exhibited in all aspects of writing, editing, postings, and distribution
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing, time sensitive tasks; meets deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Solid presentation skills; ability to present concepts in a compelling manner to relevant parties
