Join our ambitious team as a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist, where your primary mission is not just to run campaigns, but to drive impactful results that directly contribute to our clients' business growth. As a Paid Search Specialist, you are a Google Ads blackbelt. Responsible for campaign set up, management and analysis of digital media for a portfolio of clients. If you’re passionate about leveraging PPC to make a tangible difference in performance metrics and client success, we’re looking for you!
Responsibilities:
- Elevate Client ROI: Develop and manage PPC campaigns that don’t just drive traffic but significantly boost client ROI.
- Proactive Performance Management: Regularly review campaign performance, offer and implement expert recommendations and adjustments to continually enhance outcomes.
- In-Depth Performance Analysis: Dive deep into performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering clear, actionable insights to both your team and clients.
- Clear Communication: Provide insights that tell the WHY behind the what.
- Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize advanced analytics to continually optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in reaching target KPIs.
- Collaborative Success Planning: Work closely with the client team to understand their business goals, tailoring strategies that align with their unique objectives and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Solid track record in managing PPC campaigns with a clear impact on client performance and business growth
- Experience in Higher Ed and/or Healthcare is a huge plus!
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
- Expertise in Google Analytics, PPC platforms, and other digital marketing tools
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, etc.) are highly desirable
