Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our agency, you will play a crucial role in both developing impactful Digital Marketing strategies and being the face of our agency to potential and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients, understanding their marketing needs, and coordinating with our internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals and expectations.
• Manage the Digital Marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of Digital Marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Oversee the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Digital Marketing trends and tools, continuously seeking ways to improve our offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role, with a proven track record of client interaction and acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Project Management Tools, CRM(Monday or HubSpot) and marketing automation software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
