•Google Ads: 3 years (Required)

•Facebook Advertising: 3 years (Required)

•Conversion Rate Optimization (ads, landing pages, etc): 3 years (Required)

•High Level CRM: 1 year (Required)

•Marketing experience (3 years)

•Experience building a brand (Bonus)

Responsibilities:

•Design & implement lead-generation ads for a health& wellness practice, or other related field

•Build new ads utilizing Google AdWords and Google Analytics to improve lead performance

•Oversee new landing page concepts

•Maximize lead flow and efficient cost per lead/cost per acquisition across all digital channels(Including, but not limited to: Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Tiktok, Yelp, & Nextdoor )

•Communicate promptly and effectively with the marketing manager and executive management team

•Create and implement systems to increase the efficiency ofmarketing activities

Requirements:

•Part-time position

•Minimum of 3 years creating/managing successful direct response marketing campaigns digitally(Facebook/Meta ads, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising social media platforms)

.•Experience creating and deploying successful offline marketing campaigns

•Experience in health & wellness setting preferred.
