We are also relaunching an advanced version of our conversational AI product to provide enhanced capabilities for our current customers and bring the technology to new markets.

The Job:

As the Digital Marketing Manager specializing in website management and SEO, your key responsibility is to spearhead the modernization of our web presence. You will be implementing innovative strategies to drive increased traffic and inquiries through organic marketing channels. Your focus will include staying abreast of the latest trends in web design, user experience, and SEO, ensuring our online presence remains contemporary and optimized. You'll be tasked with strategic keyword utilization, content creation, and overall enhancement of our website to attract and engage our target audience. The ultimate objective is to elevate our online visibility, resulting in a higher volume of organic inquiries and interactions.

Stepping into this very challenging role will mean stepping into a dynamic environment. There'll be a steep learning curve, but we believe the future belongs to those who build it. Therefore, success for you would mean reaching your full potential in a short period of time, while doing whatever it takes to get up to speed. Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the day to day responsibilities of the website aligning the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards
  • Audit content and remove duplicate information
  • Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality
  • Create strategies to improve website traffic
  • Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies
  • Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations
  • Evaluate competitors' websites
  • Identify ways to improve website user experience
  • Implement security measures to protect websites
  • Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts by improving our domain authority, working with content marketing to optimize SEO, overseeing SEO reporting, increasing backlinks, conducting regular SEO audits for core keywords
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization in website pages and landing pages. Analyze website metrics via Google Analytics and other tools to improve results.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of prior website management
  • Deep knowledge in Wordpress, Elementor, GA4, GTM, Search Console, SEMRush, Yoast, HotJar, Hubspot, SFDC, Figma
  • Deep experience in SEO and driving site traffic 
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Skilled in constructing persuasive, compelling, and easy-to-read web content
  • Ability to maintain and update website with new content
  • Strong ability to think critically and creatively about web communications

Compensation:

The Base Pay for this position is: $85,500 to $100,000.
 
The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business.
