We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. Our office has been in Kirkland for over 35 years and we pride ourselves in our quality dental work and our lifelong relationships with our patients. As a Dental Receptionist, your role will involve greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing dental records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. You will work alongside our other two amazing Dental Receptionists.
```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar using Eaglesoft
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Assist with patient intake forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or experience with Eaglesoft
- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Eaglesoft
- Strong knowledge of front desk procedures in a dental office
- Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,622.19 - $60,942.85 per year
