Full Time Dental Receptionist

FULL TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST/DENTAL ASSISTANT

We are a husband and wife two doctor private/PPO family practice. The ideal teammate would be either a DENTAL RECEPTIONIST with experience, or a former or current dental assistant who would like to transition into Dental Administration and is proficient in dental terminology and the day-to-day process of working in a dental office.

Seeking an individual with a friendly disposition, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and customer service skills. If you are detail-oriented and are a dependable coworker, we would like to meet you! Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, and Tuesdays 7am-3pm. Benefits include Dental, Medical, 401K, Holiday, Vacation, and Sick pay.

The main duties of this position will be:

· Greeting patients with a warm and friendly disposition.

· Answering phones with a kind tone, eager to be of service.

· Making appointments and managing the schedule.

· Gathering patient information, insurance benefit verification, and data entry.

· Treatment presentation, financial estimations, and collection of patient copays at time of service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
