- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries

- Coordinate patient flow and manage the appointment schedule
- Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

- Proficiency in dental office systems and procedures
- Experience with front desk or medical administrative support
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
