Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our wonderful team.

Who we are:

Private general dental practice-husband and wife team, both graduates from UW Dental. We are a large office with 9 operatories.

Staff makeup is 5 DA, 4 HYG, 2 FO (looking to hire 1 more), 2 DDS.

Longest tenured employee is 21+ years (prior retiree at 25 years). Office has great, long-term staff and patients.

Procedures offered:

CEREC-same day crowns, aligner therapy, TMJ/TMD treatment, sleep apnea appliances, root canals, extractions, fillings, dentures.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job duties include but not limited to: answering phones, presenting treatment plans, scheduling, verifying insurance, collecting co pays, managing recare.

Must have Dentrix experience of at least 1 year and preferably worked in the front position before.

$27-$32/hour depending on experience.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
