SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling an IT Support Technician role for a client in Tulsa, OK. This is short term week long contract/project.
Targeting Hourly Rate: $25/hr.-$35/hr.
Schedule: Onsite during normal business hours Monday-Friday. 
Requirements: Must be able to pass a Background Check and have a drivers license/reliable transportation. 
Job Duties: 

• Imaging clients laptops - experience with Windows Autopilot/Microsoft Intune needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
• Document all support interactions, including the nature of the problem and the resolution, in the ticketing system.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for end-users
