Sunrise Dental of Renton is looking for a reliable, hard-working, energetic, problem solving individual who is organized and has the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently. We are an established private practice that offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontics and Endodontics with a specialist on site. Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00 am to 3:00pm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading by example
- Providing exceptional patient experiences
- Maintaining a productive schedule
- Answering phones
- Checking in patient by name and verifying contact information
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Posting services rendered
- Generating treatment plans and presenting them to patients
- Collecting patient portion
- Scheduling appointments
- Unscheduled recalls and treatment
- Claim attachments
- Follow up on EOBs and unpaid claims
- Sending statements and accounts receivable
- Submitting pre-authorizations
Preferred knowledge with:
- Eaglesoft
- CDT codes
- 10-key
- Real Time Eligibility
- Care Credit
- NEA Fast Attach
- Patient Pop
- Revenue Well
- Dropbox

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
