We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, efficiently handling phone calls (including outbound calls for marketing purposes), and engaging with potential patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental scheduling software such as open dental or Dentrix
-Conduct outbound phone calls to potential patients for scheduling appointments and marketing purposes.
-Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns specific to dental care.
-Proven experience in making a high volume of phone calls daily, including marketing and social media calls.
-Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community and promote our services.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing and claims
- Maintain patient records and update medical history forms
- Assist with Dental Office administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
Experience:
-Fluent in both English and Spanish.
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience working in a Dental Office Receptionist required.
- Familiarity with Dental Office systems and software such as Dentrix or Open Dental.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and administrative support processes.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
