Front Desk/Reception Responsibilities include:
- Handling of patient incoming and outgoing calls to coordinate appointments.
- Assisting in the scheduling of patient appointments
- Conducting check-in and check-out procedures for patients. Responsible for proper insurance coding, and billing of procedures in patient records.
- Helping to facilitate the patients complete office "experience", coordinating and scheduling of ongoing treatments.
- Presentation of financial options and arrangements.
- Assist patients in the understanding and execution of their insurance benefits.
- Following up with unscheduled treatment with patients and missed appointments.
- Work with the operations staff and clinical staff to assist in the paperwork flow and communications to the patient.
- Verification of dental insurance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
